Project Role : Technology OpS Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.

Summary: As a Technology OpS Support Practitioner, you will own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. You will develop, deploy, and support infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Ensure the smooth functioning of systems and troubleshoot issues. - Implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. - Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. - Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications and infrastructures. - Participate in the development and execution of operational plans. - Conduct system audits to ensure compliance with security standards. - Identify and address system vulnerabilities and risks. - Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes. - Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). - Strong understanding of system administration principles and best practices. - Experience in managing and troubleshooting Windows Server environments. - Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. - Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and task automation. - Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. - Experience in monitoring and performance tuning of servers. - Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic services and acting as software detectives to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. - Ensure timely resolution of issues and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform). - Strong understanding of application support and troubleshooting. - Experience with incident management and problem management. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes.
