Role: Technology & Operations Technical Support I

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Shift: Rotational (MonFri + weekends; 24/7 may come later)
Must Have
Desktop / Technical Support (enterprise environment)
Supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, Android
Hardware support: Apple, Dell, Lenovo
Tech Bar / Walk-in support
Incident/outage handling (basic)
Good spoken & written communication
Good to Have
Ticketing tools exposure
Ability to handle multiple tickets/users
