We're Hiring: Technical Field Sales Executives

Bangalore (2) | Pune (1) | 8L + 3.5L Variable

Experience: 4-5 years in IT/SaaS/Enterprise Software sales


AITSP (Association of Indian Technology Sales Professionals has an exciting opportunity with one of our valued client partnersa leading engineering and IT services provider with over two decades of experience. The client specializes in engineering R&D, digital transformation, IT consulting, and professional training services. Their strong portfolio includes expertise in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM tools, embedded systems, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and workforce development solutions for both academic and corporate sectors.


The Role

Build enterprise relationships, generate new business, and drive sales growth in the IT solutions space.


Key Responsibilities

* Identify & nurture corporate clients | Expand business portfolio

* Assess IT needs & recommend tailored solutions

* Create pitches & close deals consistently

* Exceed sales targets & track KPIs

* Stay updated on IT industry trends & innovations


What We're Looking For

Experience: 4-5 years in IT/SaaS/Enterprise Software Sales

Education: Bachelor's in CS, Business, or Marketing


Essential Skills:

* Strategic selling & negotiation

* Excellent communication (verbal & written)

* Strong interpersonal & networking abilities

* Goal-oriented | Works well under pressure

* Technical product knowledge

* Attention to detail


Nice to Have:

* Enterprise/B2B sales experience

* CRM tool proficiency

* Track record of 110%+ target achievement
