Summary: As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills of technology professionals by providing foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. Your responsibilities will include upskilling and cross-skilling technology talent to keep them market relevant. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and deliver training programs to enhance technology skills. - Create course content and assessment materials. - Mentor and guide technology professionals in their career development. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Strong understanding of technology training methodologies. - Experience in developing training materials and assessments. - Knowledge of industry best practices in technology education. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A postgraduate degree is required.
