Must have Skills : SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling & Development Good to Have Skills : No Technology Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Training people on SAP ABAP / ABAP on HANA. Content development for training on SAP ABAP and related technical topics. Aid in assessments. Full time coach in learning and Knowledge Management to drive innovation Technical Experience : Should be a subject matter expert on the respective SAP module(s) Must have exposure to New SAP areas like ABAP on HANA and ABAP on SAP Cloud Platform Must have exposure to New SAP areas like SAP HANA Administration and HANA Security Professional Attributes : Passion to train and enable people on new SAP skills Passion to learn and quickly upskill self on the new SAP areas Educational Qualification: B.Tech. /B.E. / MCA / Equivalent IT Qualification Additional Info : Good communication, analytical and presentation skills Prior experience in training delivery is desirable
