Summary: As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in keeping the technology talent market relevant by upskilling and cross-skilling them. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. You will also contribute to course content development and create questions for certification and assessments. This role requires a high level of expertise in Dynatrace Administration and a strong passion for educating and empowering technology professionals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and deliver training programs on technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. - Contribute to the development of course content and assessment materials. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technology and incorporate them into training programs. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements. - Additional responsibility: Mentor and guide junior professionals in their career development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other APM tools such as AppDynamics or New Relic. - Strong understanding of application performance monitoring and management. - Experience in configuring and managing Dynatrace agents and collectors. - Knowledge of Dynatrace features and functionalities, including synthetic monitoring, real user monitoring, and log analytics. - Familiarity with Dynatrace dashboards and reporting capabilities. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues using Dynatrace. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Dynatrace Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BTech, BE, MCA, or equivalent IT qualification is required.
