Summary: As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in keeping the technology talent market relevant by upskilling and cross-skilling them. Your primary responsibility will be delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. You will also contribute to course content development and create questions for certification and assessments. This role requires a strong understanding of technology and the ability to effectively educate and train others. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and deliver training programs on technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. - Create course content and materials for training programs. - Design and implement assessments and certification exams. - Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of training tools and platforms. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with instructional design and curriculum development. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies. - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Ability to effectively engage and motivate learners. - Experience in conducting virtual and in-person training sessions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
