  • Experience/ expertise in SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central module.
  • Implementation, support, operations, and maintenance of SF Employee Central (min 3 projects).
  • Stakeholder management
  • Experience/ expertise in SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central module
  • Understanding of different types of EC portlets, especially compensation info, recurring pay components, non-recurring pay components and job info
  • Understanding of different pay components and salary structures for different countries
  • Ability to understand the custom logics and cross entity logic setup between portlets
  • Ability to maintain data through the UI, Actions and mass imports via templates in EC on various portlets
  • Ability to fix data errors occurring during mass uploads
  • Experience in handling employee compensation master data issues, like back dated payments, currency issues for transfers, one time bonus issues etc
  • Prior experience working/collaborating with Compensation and Benefits / Payroll teams would be an added advantage
  • Basic understanding of workflows and ability to track pending compensation workflows and help in getting them actioned is a plus.
  • Ability to understand payment changes related to different events like promotions, demotions, position changes and various ad hoc events
  • Stakeholder management
