Software Engineer - Python 3 to 5 years

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development with hands-on experience. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based applications collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications with Python.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to established guidelines.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions.

• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends on Python

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Python Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.

• In-depth understanding of the Python software development stacks, ecosystems, frameworks and tools such as Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, Dask, spaCy, NLTK, sci-kit-learn and PyTorch.

• Experience with popular Python frameworks such as Django, Flask or Pyramid.

• A working understanding of Cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.

• Experience with at least one of the development tools like Git, Gradle, Maven, Sonar, Jenkins

• Experience with TDD, code testability standards.

• Experience with DevOps practices and CICD model of development

• Agile project experience along with working on Agile tools like JIRA

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
