Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will advise, lead, and work on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle. You will also provide advisory work for the IT function itself. Your typical day will involve providing guidance and expertise in technology consulting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions to clients' IT challenges. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide technology consulting expertise. - Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them to client projects. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency. - Conduct research and analysis to gather insights and make data-driven recommendations for clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. - Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of technology consulting services. - Ensure compliance with project requirements, timelines, and budgets. - Contribute to business development activities, including client meetings, proposal development, and solution presentations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud. - Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices. - Experience in implementing and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. - Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming language. - Experience in integrating Salesforce Service Cloud with other systems and platforms. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
