Job Title: ProcessUnity Expert / TPRM Platform Implementation Consultant / GRC Implementation Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Configuration: Design, configure, and implement ProcessUnity solutions tailored to business needs. Ability to help build workflows, customization and work on platform configurations.
- Risk Management: Utilize ProcessUnity for third-party risk management and cybersecurity performance management.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to users, ensuring they are proficient in using the platform.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and performance indicators.
Required Skills:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of ProcessUnity platform capabilities and configuration.
- Risk Management Knowledge: Exposure to governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training and support.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve platform-related issues.
