The person will work on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. The person will be responsible for software development activities of KPMG, India. Part of the development team, he/she will work on the full life cycle of the process, develop code and unit testing. He/she will work closely with Technical Architect, Business Analyst, user interaction designers, and other software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones. Additionally, the person will ensure that all development practices are in compliance with KPMG’s best practices policies and procedures. This role requires quick ramp up on new technologies whenever required
Responsibilities:Location- Bangalore
Experince: 6 to 10 Years
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide a broad understanding of marketing technologies (MarTech) and integrations of customer data and customer data technologies, such as customer data platforms (CDPs) to consumer facing applications such as marketing automation solutions, customer experience hubs, emails, chat bots, web personalization, call centers, and analytics tools.
- Manage all workstreams associated with marketing automation and customer data platform (CDP) implementations and migrations: Evaluation of best fit tools, development of data models and customer data architecture, and integration with enterprise architecture, scoping / estimating of implementation needs and resources.
- Develop processes and governance model to encourage client adoption and use of implemented technology/technologies.
- Provide input into engagement decisions including work plan development and timeline estimation, project management, resource allocation and requirements to meet client needs.
- Provide oversight of highly skilled KPMG and client work teams, both onshore and offshore, throughout the project lifecycle and help ensure timely execution of project deliverables, mentor more junior team members to enable career development and ongoing growth of staff members.
- Contribute to the development of client proposals and requests as part of our ongoing opportunity pursuit efforts in our customer solutions practice.
Skills required
- A minimum of five plus (5+) years of hands-on experience in managing customer data, customer data platforms (CDP), and or marketing data
- A strong understanding of various data models, structures, and hierarchies and how they are applied across different industries (Financial Services, Technology, Retail, Healthcare, etc.) and business models (B2B, B2C, B2B2C, etc.). Experience in developing data architectures and data modeling is required.
- Customer Data Platform (CDP) and/or Master Data Management (MDM) solution implementation, migration and/or configuration experience required including integrations to common APIs (rest/SOAP/etc.). Relevant systems include: Redpoint Global, ActionIQ, Lytics, Adobe CDP, Salesforce Customer 360, Segment, etc.
- Advanced understanding of data collection and implementation experience with tag management, event streams, and/or server-side tagging systems is highly preferred (Google Tag Manager (GTM), Tealium, Segment, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college/university preferred.
