Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 14 to 18 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts and will not require travel. Experience in R&D Preclinical & Clinical and Computational Biology is a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the administration and maintenance of SAP BTP environments to ensure optimal performance.Provide expertise in SAP HANA Administration to support database management and optimization.Manage NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin tasks to ensure seamless integration and operation of SAP applications.Ensure the stability and reliability of SAP Basis Administration by performing regular system checks and updates.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement SAP solutions that align with business goals.Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to resolve any issues related to SAP systems.Develop and maintain documentation for SAP system configurations processes and procedures.Implement security measures to protect SAP systems from unauthorized access and potential threats.Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders.Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continuously improve system performance.Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of SAP solutions.Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration demonstrating a deep understanding of system architecture and functionality.Have a strong background in SAP BTP Administration with the ability to manage and optimize cloud-based environments.Demonstrate expertise in SAP HANA Administration including database management and performance tuning.Be proficient in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin ensuring seamless integration and operation of SAP applications.Have a solid understanding of SAP Basis Administration with experience in system checks updates and troubleshooting.Experience in R&D Preclinical & Clinical and Computational Biology is a plus providing valuable domain knowledge.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.Be detail-oriented and capable of developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for SAP systems.Show a commitment to implementing security measures to protect SAP systems from potential threats.Have a proven track record of successfully leading and executing SAP projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.Be able to work independently and as part of a team demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a hybrid work model.
