Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role involves designing and implementing technology solutions that align with business objectives. The work model is hybrid with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of Marketing Cloud (SFMC) with other systems and platforms.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team on best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure the scalability and performance of the implemented solutions.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for the implemented solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Salesforce Marketing Cloud technologies.
  • Work closely with the IT business support team to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Participate in project planning and provide estimates for development tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the implemented solutions.

  • Must have extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Should have a strong understanding of IT business support processes.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have experience in designing and implementing scalable technology solutions.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Nice to have experience in IT business support domain.
  • Must have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Should have experience in conducting code reviews and providing feedback.
  • Must be able to develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Should have a strong understanding of security and data protection standards.
  • Must be able to provide training and support to end-users.
  • Should have a continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest technologies.
