Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SF Consumer Goods Cloud SFDC Development and Customization SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technology solutions that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions using SF Consumer Goods Cloud SFDC Development and Customization SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration.Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and integration plans.Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce solutions through effective architecture and design.Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive continuous improvement.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with other systems.Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of Salesforce solutions.Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for Salesforce development and customization.Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in SF Consumer Goods Cloud SFDC Development and Customization SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration.Have experience in IT Consulting and Analytics is a plus.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Display a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
