Job Summary
Minimum 8 yrs of experience and bachelors degree or equivalent plus professional certificates. IT Professional performing as independent contributor that participates in functions such as design development and implementation of application systems.
Extensive knowledge and coding experience with PeopleCode/PeopleTools Peoplesoft Application Designer SQR and App Package. Advanced understanding of PeopleSoft Workforce Administration and Compensation modules. Configuration of complex benefits
Responsibilities
Implementation of Workforce administration benefits and compensation initiatives.
Automation of HR processing.
Creation and changes to HR reports/Dashboards.
Enforcement of new eligibility and payment rules.
New integrations with external systems and modules.
Enhancement of self-service capabilities.
Developers are expected to have regular check-ins and status meetings with WBG technical lead and project manager.
Developers are expected to work as a team and collaborate with other developers/project team members to meet agreed deadlines.
Code produced must be tested by the developer prior to UAT testing. The code must successfully pass UAT testing and include test scenarios as included in business requirement document that will be provided to the team.
