Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AEM support engineering AEM system engineering AEM frontend AEM backend and AEM authoring. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and does not require travel. Experience in Product Lifecycle Management is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of AEM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of AEM components and templates.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AEM-related issues.
  • Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to ensure seamless integration of AEM with other systems.
  • Develop and maintain AEM authoring tools and workflows.
  • Ensure the performance scalability and security of AEM applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior AEM developers.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of AEM solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest AEM technologies and industry trends.
  • Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in AEM support engineering AEM system engineering AEM frontend AEM backend and AEM authoring.
  • Nice to have experience in Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must have the ability to work in a hybrid model with day shifts.
  • Must have a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
