Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. You will also review and integrate the technical architecture requirements and provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the technology infrastructure and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design and develop technology architectures that align with business goals and objectives. - Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and network products to meet technical requirements. - Ensure the security, performance, and quality of the technology architecture. - Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workplace Solutions, Microsoft Intune. - Strong understanding of technical architecture principles and best practices. - Experience in reviewing and integrating application requirements. - Knowledge of hardware, network products, system software, and security. - Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability techniques. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A Graduate and above education is required.
