Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability requirements, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights that drive the architectural vision forward, while also mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on architectural strategies. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and understanding of technology architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA). - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architectures. - Experience with enterprise integration patterns and technologies. - Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization. - Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA). - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
