Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. You will also review and integrate the technical architecture requirements and provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. Your typical day will involve analyzing and understanding application requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making key decisions to ensure the successful integration of technology solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design and develop scalable and secure technology architectures. - Lead the implementation and integration of technology solutions. - Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. - Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PostgreSQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with database administration and optimization. - Strong understanding of database design principles and normalization. - Experience in performance tuning and query optimization. - Knowledge of database security and data protection measures. - Familiarity with database backup and recovery procedures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in PostgreSQL. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
