Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. You will also review and integrate the technical architecture requirements, providing input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. Your typical day will involve analyzing and understanding application requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making key decisions to ensure the successful integration of technology solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand application requirements. - Make key decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. - Manage and lead the team to ensure successful integration of technology solutions. - Contribute to the development and implementation of technical architecture requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - Strong understanding of technical architecture requirements. - Experience in reviewing and integrating application requirements. - Knowledge of hardware, network products, system software, and security. - Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Computer Science is required.
