Project Role Description : Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements. Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements. Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security.

Roles & Responsibilities: - 8 years plus of Experience in Infrastructure ,DC,Contact Center & SOC operations, experience in AWS, Azure, GCP, Open Cloud Stack and other applications. Cloud operations exposure is must. - Governance exposure. Take initiatives in improving operation efficiency and transformation. Expertise in handling multiple accounts and global customers . Driving teams for attaining KPIs and ensuring improved SLAs.Having different OEM products and technology. Knowledge / exposure of DevOPs , Automation tools. - Technical exposure to New technologies, - Well conversed in managing multivendor/service provider environment - Work with minimal direction from supervisor/MD - Managing team of cloud experts, SOC SMEs,SREs, Contac center experts - Proficient in complete understanding of applications and database, monitoring, health check performance of all the components of PaaS like custom programming (Python, Scripting), and ability to develop robust solutions for assigned applications/managed services. - Understands the functional requirements and able to translate it into technical design and managed solution. - Provide support for application deployment/upgrade activities along with infrastructure. - Collaborate with immediate team, Enterprise Architecture, and other technical teams to ensure implementations meet design specifications and adhere to established standards. - Build and manage great working relationship with cross teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Exposure to new Technology like AWS,Azure, Google Cloud Operations.(Cloud certification is mandatory),automation, scripting, OpenStack, and Micro services of Kubernates etc - Responsible for (Last 4-6 years) in managing 24x7 network operations or experience as Program management-Enterprise Network (team size 100+) - Large program delivery and its P&L (team size of 100 +) responsibility - Active participation in solution support, support RFI/RFP, client orals etc.. - Exposure to DevOps tools (Ansible/Jerkin) ) and Scripting (Python etc.) , cloud platforms - Cloud network Delivery transformation / transition management (any cloud platform = Azure/AWS/GCP) - Good Knowledge of ITIL Process and tools - Working expertise on Openstack or Windows Azure Platform / MVC, Computing (Web Role, Worker Role), AppFabric Services (ACS, Caching, and Service Bus) and Storage services (table storage, blob storage, Drives) and Scaling. - Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a medium/large complex environment - Openstack or Azure solutioning / cost estimation experience - Should have an exposure on web application lifecycle: building, testing, deploying, managing, and updating. - Understanding on ORAN architecture RU, ODU and OCU & its deployment on Docker engine Containerized CNFs based platform. - Hands-on on vRAN -Orchestration on Cisco cVIMs(Cloud) and SKU migration. - Idea on Defining vCU & vDUin Cisco Server Using Nova as VNF, CNF,NFV, NSO,ESC,SDN(Software-Defined Network). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in AWS Core Infrastructure. - Over all the candidate should have 18+ years of experience with last 4-5 years as Program Lead level /Service Delivery Lead - Excellent Communication and Articulation skills (Written/verbal) - Educational Qualifications: BE, BTech - Certified in cloud for AWS,azure ,GCP etc - Must have good working knowledge of Network Design and Documentation Tools like MS Visio and Productivity Tools like MS Project / Excel/ PowerPoint. - Experience in creating Business Case and Cost Analysis using standard financials concepts to determine the impact of technical decisions - Resilient, approachable with the ability to work successfully in a dynamic, fast paced environment. - Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) is desirable. - Excellent attention to detail; - Ability to operate as a team player, with a flexible and positive attitude; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Ability to work under pressure; - A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable and effective working in a team environment.
