Project Role Description : Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements. Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements. Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security.

DESCRIPTION Job Title: Technology Architect Manager (TAM) Level 7 Location: Bengaluru, India Domain: Multi Cloud with predominant knowledge & expertise on IaaS and PaaS. Relevant Experience required: 15 + years of experience SUMMARY Manage, Troubleshoot and Optimize Cloud services to meet business needs and SLA/KPI of the customers. Sharp knowledge on Cloud technology trouble shooting skills on IaaS and PaaS to support the client business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. The candidate should have good knowledge of AWS/Azure Architecture and well-architected framework. Should have the ability to understand and facilitate troubleshooting client Cloud infrastructure and application landscape. Should have a broader knowledge on Resiliency setup in order to support in a critical situation. 2. The candidate is responsible for driving Automation and Toil Management for the client he is working for. Should have good knowledge on different IaaS, PaaS, CaaS services on a cloud technology. 3. Collaboratively work with all the onsite/offshore stakeholders, customers, and other internal teams in order to successfully support the customer landscape. 4. The candidate should have the ability to have a dialogue with the client on their pain points and to convert them into opportunities. 5. The candidate should be in a position to guide and grow the team technically and managerially as Technology Architect Manager. TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE Mandatory Skills Facilitate troubleshooting as a Manager on IaaS, PaaS Cloud Solutions Architecture from Azure/AWS. Excellent understanding of Azure/AWS services in IaaS, PaaS and CaaS. Supporting changes by following meticulous & regular change management processes in various Azure/AWS services like Compute, Storage, Network, Container, Integration Services, App/Web Services, Analytics Service and Backup Services. Knowledge of security services on multi cloud. Role as Technology Architect Manager (TAM) and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multiple projects that the candidate is working on. Overall, more than 15 years of relevant IT experience and a minimum of 5 years experience in Architecting/Troubleshooting Infrastructure on Cloud. Setup Cloud foundational elements for effective and efficient Cloud Operations achieving the target SLA/KPI and client metrics. Knowledge on DevOps, CI/CD, aligning with Release/Config cycle is essential. Knowledge on Audit trails, logging mechanism, security breaches/violation, Vulnerability Management, Compliance Management is mandatory. Desirable Experience in any scripting languages used for cloud automation activities is an added advantage. Knowledge on various discovery, assessment, migration, modernization, optimization, and telemetry tools is an added advantage. Knowledge on Cloud Billing, Tagging, cost optimization and constructing commercials is also an added advantage. Cloud Certification is desirable. KEY EXPECTATIONS Ability to understand client landscape and their business needs while providing high availability of their IT landscape as against the agreed SLA/KPI/Metrics. Act as a cloud advisor to the client. Better understanding of ITIL processes and Security Compliance Requirements. Quick response, timely follow-up, and end-to-end accountability till closure. Ability to collaborate with Cloud Service Providers. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES High in personal drive; results oriented; makes things happen. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills. Effective in building and working relationships with others. Innovative and creative and adaptive to new environment. Strong data point analytical, teamwork skills. Good attitude to learn and develop.
