Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. You will also review and integrate the technical architecture requirements, providing input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning and integration of various systems and technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design and develop scalable and efficient technology solutions. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Lead and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java. - Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. - Experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications. - Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience in building cloud-native applications. - Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Java. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A degree is required.
