Qualifications: B.Tech; MBA is preferred
Years of Experience:2+ years
Responsibilities: Serve government/ public or private sector clients in consulting projects. Participate in problem-solving efforts and offer areas improvement to drive client/project success. Developing logically sound and evidence-based market research/ recommendations. Build relationships and communicate effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders.
Specific functional requirements:
Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge / experience in power and utilities domain (especially in subjects related to power distribution such as regulatory, policy, tariff setting, bid advisory, Energy accounting, AT&C loss reduction, policy and regulatory support, business/ utility transformation, procurement/ contracts)
Take ownership of tasks and delivery with the ability to run your own work stream
Be comfortable managing ambiguity and uncertain environments
Possess sharp analytical skills and problem solving abilities
Have the willingness to learn and adapt to the changing landscape
Communicate and interact effectively with senior client personnel for delivering engagements
Past experience in (consulting or industry): Private/ Public Power Utilities / Consulting organizations (with focus on power sector) /Research institutions
