As a SAP Basis ALM expert, the candidate should understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape and define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules.

The candidate should have prior exposure in Managing the strategy of Monitoring Applications like SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Run & SAP Cloud ALM along with its technical  know-how.

The area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis, performance improvement ensuring no unplanned downtimes complying with SAP Security parameters.

The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team; in agile mind-set and methodology (SCRUM).

Responsibilities

  Graduate with 4 - 7 years of experience 

• As a Basis SAP Basis ALM specialist,Own the E2E delivery for Monitoring applications like SAP Solution Manager / SAP Focused Run etc. and to define the complete strategy for the products alongside  support and maintenance activities,transport management,Housekeeping & monitoring 

• Proven consulting background in providing both technical delivery and operations.

• As operational specialists follow, monitor and process (RCA) systems basis failures (dump, locks, …) 

• Experience in SAP CLoud ALM for implementation &  operation..

• Coordinate / Follow the end to end incident management 

• Administration & Monitoring of HANA landscapes. 

• Knowledge of Application & DB Upgrades.

• Knowledge of Charm & cTMS setup alongside run.

• Working knowledge of System Refreshes activities and tools associated would be an advantage.

• Work with  SAP OSS (Incidents, SAP Notes implementation, Standard modification) 

• Administer and maintain the multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development, test and production).

• Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance.

• Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape

• Define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules. 

• Architecting SAP solutions for simplicity, massive scale, resiliency and maintainability

• Performance Tuning – ability to analyse and fine tune existing systems.

• Excellent communication & stakeholder management  skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery. 

• Good problem solving and analytical skills

• Customer facing skill. Worked with European customers

Nice to have

• Knowledge on other monitoring applications like Cloud ALM,Splunk.

• Past experience of Integration of Servicenow with SOlution Manager/Focused Run etc.

• Past experience of SAP BTP.

• Devops concepts (github,jenkins,..).
