Job Title: Technology & AI Coordinator

Location: Nellore (Full-time, On-site)

School: Fostree International School (an upcoming school under the brand name - Dr. Kishore's Ratnam Schools)

Job Summary

Fostree International School is looking for aTechnology & AI Coordinator to lead the use of technology and artificial intelligence across the school. This person will play a key role in improving teaching and learning through technology and in building Fostree into anAI-enabled school .

The ideal candidate should have experience inIB schools , be comfortable withLMS platforms likeToddle or ManageBac , and most importantly, have astrong understanding of AI in education , includingChatGPT and effective prompting .

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership

• Lead and improve the use of technology in teaching and learning.
• Support teachers in using technology meaningfully in the classroom.
• Align technology use withIB teaching and learning practices .

AI in Education

• Introduce and manageAI tools for teachers and students.
• Train teachers and students on how to use AI responsibly and effectively.
• Design AI-based programs and workflows for learning and school operations.
• Help make Fostree amodel AI-integrated school .

Training & Support

• Conduct regular training sessions for teachers.
• Help staff learnhow to use ChatGPT well , including good prompting techniques.
• Support students in developingAI literacy and digital responsibility .

LMS Management

• Manage and support LMS platforms likeToddle, ManageBac , Timetable Master or similar.
• Help teachers with planning, assessments, and reporting on the LMS.

Required Skills & Experiences

• Experience working in anIB school or similar .
• Strong knowledge ofToddle, ManageBac , or similar LMS platforms.
• Strong understanding ofAI tools , especiallyChatGPT .
• Ability to train and guide teachers and students.
• Leadership mindset with hands-on skills.
• Must be based inNellore or able to move to Nellore and availablefull-time .
