Project Role : Technology Account Lead
Project Role Description : Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

Summary: As a Technology Account Lead, you will function as the primary contact for technology work at each account. Your typical day will involve integrating technology contracts and engagements at the client, leveraging all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account. You will create the technology account plan and ensure the right people are involved to maximize opportunities and build the account. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technology needs and aligning them with the company's offerings. - Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling technology solutions to clients. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of technology projects. - Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide valuable insights to clients. - Assist in the development of technology account plans and strategies. - Provide guidance and support to junior professionals in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Strong understanding of technology account management principles and practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technology solutions. - Experience in managing technology projects and ensuring timely delivery. - Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in technology. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
