Lead Business Analyst
Overview: As a Lead Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will lead a team of business analysts and collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business processes, requirements, and objectives. Your expertise in translating business requirements into functional specifications will be crucial in guiding the development and implementation of effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams, to drive successful project outcomes.
Requirements Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, processes, and requirements. Conduct detailed analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Define and document clear and comprehensive business requirements and functional specifications.
Solution Design: Collaborate with architects and technical leads to design effective and efficient solutions that align with business goals. Ensure that proposed solutions meet business requirements and are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and expectations. Conduct regular status meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress and address any concerns.
Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality assurance teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring that solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing phases.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.

Certifications (optional):

CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or similar certifications.
