• Knowledge of CORE banking application i.e. BCIF, Finacle etc.
• Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word, SQL.
• Strong ability to work with multiple teams.
• Should have good analytical skills and an eye for details.
• Should be a Graduate or a Postgraduate.
• Should be an effective Team Player.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver them within given timeframes.
• Ability to work with test automation tools.

Job Role: 

1. Analysis of new requirement and translation of the same to BRD/RSD.
2. Preparation of requirement documents, test plans, incident reporting.
3. Carrying out the testing for the projects and resolution of the issues.
4. Co-ordination with various departments, users, product team, support teams like OPS, IT, Vendors for requirement gatherings, enhancements.
5. Thorough analysis for system issues faced and provide effective solutions
6. Working with internal customers to resolve the issues, enhance the current system to reduce the manual intervention.
7. User training on system enhancements.
8. Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems
9. Testing of API and integration.
