Job Title: Techno-Functional Presales Consultant ServiceNow

Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview:

We are seeking a techno-functional professional with strong presales expertise in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across minimum 3 ServiceNow modules, coupled with the ability to engage clients, understand business requirements, and demonstrate platform capabilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead presales activities including client presentations, demos, and solution discussions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to design and propose ServiceNow solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Translate business requirements into ServiceNow capabilities and articulate value propositions.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and create solution documentation.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow product roadmap and industry trends.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of ServiceNow experience with exposure to at least 3 modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC).
• Strong techno-functional expertise: ability to bridge technical solutions with business outcomes.
• Experience in client-facing presales or solution consulting roles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
