Job Title: Techno-Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Experience: 5-8 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Implementation: Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including sales, marketing, and customer service modules.
• Customization and Development: Customize and develop solutions using JavaScript, CRM Web API, plugins, workflows, and actions.
• Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with third-party applications and services using APIs.
• Data Migration: Migrate data using SSIS, Scribe, or custom applications.
• Reporting and Analytics: Develop SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards.
• Training and Support: Train end-users and provide ongoing support.
• Solution Design: Design and optimize business processes for ERP implementation.

Required Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM: Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM, including sales, marketing, and customer service modules.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, CRM Web API, plugins, workflows, and actions.
• Integration: Experience with integration technologies, including APIs and web services.
• Data Migration: Experience with data migration tools and strategies.
• Reporting and Analytics: Proficiency in SSRS and Power BI.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications.
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and support
