Calix is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Fusion SCM Techno-Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud (SCM) and a solid understanding of business processes to support our digital transformation dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you’ll lead the design, development, and integration of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions while partnering with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational goals. Flexibility is key, as you may need to be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays to support period close activities, non-production refreshes, patches, and upgrades.
You’ll leverage Oracle PaaS tools—including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and SOA—to build scalable, supportable solutions. Your functional insight will be key in translating business needs into effective technical designs and driving successful adoption of new capabilities.
This requires you to work in Shift 2 PM to 11PM IST.
Technical (70%)
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and Oracle SOA Suite.
- Build custom applications and extensions using VBCS, ADF, and other Oracle PaaS tools.
- Develop and optimize BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and data extracts.
- Manage technical configurations, error handling, and performance tuning.
- Lead technical testing efforts including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Support environment refreshes, patching, upgrades, and Oracle SR management.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal IT governance standards.
Functional (30%)
- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for Oracle SCM modules (Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Procurement, Planning etc.).
- Translate business needs into functional & technical specifications and work cross-functionally to implement solutions.
- Configure Oracle Cloud SCM applications as needed and support functional testing and validation.
- Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to end users.
- Oversee Oracle Service Request management and escalate priority issues as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud with a focus on Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules and Integrations.
- Strong technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, and SOA.
- Proficiency with integrations using Groovy Script, PL/SQL, and FBDI along with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Exceptional understanding of SCM business processes and cross-track Supply Chain touch-points.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with B2B integrations using EDI on OpenText and Ariba Network.
- Familiar with handling multiple currencies in the SCM business processes.
- Certifications in Oracle Cloud SCM Modules.
