Feroze Foods and Flavours is a 54-year-old flavour manufacturing company based in Mumbai, specializing in customized flavour solutions for the food and beverage industry. With decades of expertise in flavour science and formulation, we are now expanding our new flavour vertical - Spenta Flavours, focused on high-quality, application-driven flavour solutions across multiple industries.
We are looking for a dynamic and drivenTechno-Commercial Sales Executiveto help expand the Spenta Flavours business across multiple regions and industry segments. This is a highly field-oriented role combining technical understanding with strong commercial sales skills.
The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new customer relationships, supporting technical trials, and increasing brand visibility across industries such as:
- Beverages
- Confectionery
- Dairy
- Mithai & Traditional Sweets
- Ice Cream
- Pharmaceuticals
- Bakery
Business Development & Sales
- Travel extensively to meet customers and pitch Spenta flavour solutions
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with R&D and procurement teams
- Identify and onboard new distributors across different regions
- Develop new customers and strengthen relationships with existing accounts
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Technical & Application Support
- Coordinate and conduct batch trials at customer manufacturing facilities
- Work closely with the internal R&D and application teams to develop customer-specific solutions
- Support customers in evaluating flavour performance in their final products
Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Research emerging and fast-moving flavour trends in the market
- Provide insights to help expand the Spenta product portfolio
- Organize and execute Innovation Days / Concept Showcases with customers
Relationship & Account Management
- Follow up with customers through calls, meetings, and visits
- Use industry network and contacts to generate new business opportunities
- Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
- 1520 days outdoor travel per month(Pan India)
- 10 days at Head Office Byculla, Mumbai
- Must be willing to travel at short notice based on customer requirements
Selected candidates will undergo extensive training covering:
- Chemistry and science of flavours
- Flavour industry terminology and technical fundamentals
- Product manufacturing processes across multiple food categories
- Application knowledge to confidently handle customer technical discussions
This role offers significant exposure and knowledge growth within the flavour and food technology industry.
- Background in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related technical field (preferred)
- Experience in B2B sales (Flavours, Ingredients, Food Industry preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and relationship-focused
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Ability to work in a techno-commercial environment
- CTC:Approx. 10 Lakhs per annum + Expenses
- Compensation is negotiable based on experience and capability
