Exp-Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (MBA Operations preferred).

1218 years of manufacturing experience.

Minimum 5+ years in leadership role in Fertilizers manufacturing.

Strong understanding of Fertilizers manufacturing machinery and production processes.

Experience in cost optimization and lean manufacturing.

Position Overview

The Operations Head will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations and sales of the fertilizers production unit, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, cost control, and timely delivery along with sales. This role will lead production planning, plant management, supply chain coordination, quality control, and workforce management to drive business growth and operational excellence.
