- Strong knowledge of Banking domain – Commercial Banking
- Strong experience in delivery leadership – leading large transformation programmes in Banks
- Strong stakeholder management skills as well as very good communication and presentation skills.

In the Program role, the role holder will:
       - Will work across the 6 wholesale banking value streams and 2 – 3 supporting areas    
    • Will ensure planning is done in a consistent organised way across Wholesale and with the Central team    
    • Will use a combination of agile methods and principles and more traditional WBS methods    
    • Will ensure plan is both complete to deliver scope    
    • Will use agile principles and end to end journeys to shift left and derisk    
    • Will liaise with central planning team and value stream lists on the above    
    • Will act as a catalyst to accelerate alignment across teams for integration    
    • Will use Journeys to drive a sift left by    
    • Will need experience with JIRA, roadmap design, dependency management    
    • Needs to be organised, good at collating and structuring planning data, a good negotiator with long term view, good at connecting with and support the wider team.
