As a Techno Commercial Lead Security , you will blend Technical Expertise with Commercial Acumen to expand Cavitaks Channel Network, strengthen key partnerships, and enhance the market presence of the Security Business Unit .
What you will be doing :
- Drive sales and business growth for CCTV, Access Control & Integrated Security Solutions .
- Develop and manage Government Sales, Channel Partners, System Integrators, and Key Accounts .
- Provide Techno-Commercial Support solution design, BOQ, and proposal presentations.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Collaborate internally for pricing, marketing, and post-sales coordination.
- Achieve defined Sales, Revenue, and Profitability Targets .
- Ability to build and maintain strong ties with Architects and Consultants
What we are looking for :
- Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
- Experience: 57 years in CCTV, Access Control, or Integrated Security Solutions with a distributor, OEM, or SI.
- Strong technical and commercial acumen in security systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
