Technical Writing Intern

Were looking for interns or fresh graduates who enjoy writing, learning how products work, and explaining things clearly.

As part of the technical writing team, youll help create and maintain product documentation, such as user guides, help articles, and knowledge base content. Youll work closely with engineers, product managers, and experienced writers to understand features and turn them into clear, user-friendly documentation.

What youll do

• Writing and updating product documentation
• Edit and improve existing help articles and guides
• Learn how to structure information for users
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand features
• Experiment with AI tools to support documentation workflows and productivity

What were looking for

• Strong written English and attention to detail
• Curiosity about technology and how things work
• Ability to explain ideas clearly and simply
• Willingness to learn new tools and documentation practices
• Interest in exploring how AI can support writing and documentation

Good to have (not required)

• Familiarity with Markdown, documentation tools, or technical content
• Experience with blogs, student publications, or writing projects
