Drive innovation in technical content using AI. We are looking for Senior Technical Writers who are passionate about leveraging AI-powered tools to create high-quality content for cutting-edge networking products .

In this role, you will translate complex product concepts, workflows, and tasks into clear, engaging, and user-focused documentation for diverse audiences including end users, network administrators, and developers. This is an opportunity to shape the future of technical communication through AI-driven content creation and strategy .

Key Responsibilities

• Use in-house AI tools to simplify complex product concepts, workflows, and tasks for multiple audiences
• Drive a unified content strategy , including standardized release processes, best practices, and feedback mechanisms
• Act as the voice of the user , leveraging AI-driven content analytics to provide insights to engineering, product management, and technical marketing teams
• Identify complex information needs, develop content plans, and manage execution
• Assess and balance resource workloads across multiple projects
• Create high-quality technical documentation for complex product and solution deployments
• Take on special projects and stretch assignments beyond regular responsibilities
• Actively contribute to integrating Generative AI use cases into existing and new content workflows
• Mentor junior writers and contribute to team building

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical writing
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong foundation in technical communication principles
• Solid understanding of Generative AI , including prompt engineering, model evaluation, and ethical considerations for content creation
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and simplify complex networking technologies
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, using data and AI-driven insights to identify and address content gaps
• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills with experience working across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) , content governance, and source management
• Experience with structured authoring environments such as DITA/XML
