We are looking for a confident and skilled Technical Support Person who is passionate about mentoring candidates and helping them succeed in their interview journey. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to train, motivate, and prepare candidates for professional interviews.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct mock interviews and provide structured, actionable feedback

Train candidates on soft skills, communication, and interview etiquette

Guide candidates on handling interview rounds and technical discussions

Prepare candidates for professional behaviour, confidence, and smart communication

Work closely with internal teams to track candidate readiness and progress

Support candidates throughout the hiring and interview process

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong ability to train, mentor, and boost candidate confidence

Experience in soft skills training, interview coaching

Passion for mentoring and career guidance

Immediate joiners preferred
