The Java Technical Trainer is responsible for delivering end-to-end Java training across assigned batches, ensuring strong conceptual clarity, hands-on coding proficiency, and placement readiness.

• Deliver structured Java sessions as per training calendar
• Teach Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, JDBC, and frameworks (as applicable)
• Conduct hands-on coding, problem solving, and project-based learning
• Track attendance, content delivery, and learner performance
• Coordinate with support teams and align delivery with placement goals

• Strong knowledge of Core Java & Advanced Java
• Experience in teaching / mentoring
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners
• Comfortable with assessments, assignments, and mock interviews
  

• Java programming & debugging
• Clear communication & explanation skills
• Classroom & batch management
• Assessment & feedback delivery

• B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / MCA or related qualification
