Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer at EKALASAALA in Hyderabad. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Qualifications

Technical Trainers and Technical Training skills like C/C++/Data Science / Web Development Plus

Training & Development and Training skills

Strong communication skills

Experience in creating training materials

Ability to assess training effectiveness

Knowledge of instructional design principles

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Ability to assess training needs and customize training content

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Education, etc.)

Certifications in Training or related fields are a plus

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review and understand scripts before recording
• Record voice-overs as per quality standards
• Maintain correct pronunciation, tone, and pace
• Follow script direction
• Match voice style to project requirements
