Technical Trainer

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.

1 - 3 years of relevant industry or training experience in EV systems, green energy, or hydrogen-related projects. Certification or formal training in green skills, EV technology, or green hydrogen (at least at the basic level).

Understanding of electrolyser types, hydrogen colour codes, safety measures, and digital tools like Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.

Good communication skills in English and local languages with the ability to simplify technical terms for diverse learners.

Travel Requirements:

Must be willing to travel for in-person trainings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews as required.
