Role Description

Critical Role & Responsibilities:

A.Research and Development:

1.Design innovative weaving technologies for technical textile applications.

2.Develop advanced material composition strategies.

3.Conduct comprehensive research on next generation textile structures.

4.Create prototype weaving methodologies.

5.Analyze performance characteristics of technical textiles.

B.Technological Innovation:

1.Develop computational modeling for textile structures.

2.Implement machine learning in textile design.

3.Design advanced material performance simulations.

4.Investigate nano technological textile interventions.

C.Industrial Colloboration:

1.Engage with IITs, and other top university and manufacturing partners.

2.Talent research findings into practical applications.

3.Develop industry specific textile solutions.

4.Facilitate technology transfer mechanisms.

5.Conduct collaborative research projects.

D.Technical Documentation:

1.Prepare comprehensive research reports.

2.Draft technical publications.

3.Develop patent applications.

4.Create technical design specifications.

5.Maintain rigorous research documentation.

Qualifications:

Full Time M Tech / B Tech in Textile Technology stream.

Experience :

Minimum 8-10 years in manufacturing industry / research institute. R&D and/or Product Development background is mandatory.

Salary:

10-15 Lpa.
