Technical Test/QA Engineer - Initial Fixed Term

This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Technical Test/QA Engineer, located in Bengaluru, with partial remote work flexibility. The Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans and cases to ensure product quality and performance. Daily tasks will include quality assurance activities, identifying and resolving defects, performing routine calibration and testing, and supporting continuous improvement in quality management processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of product delivery is a key aspect of the role.

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying issues and ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Experience with Quality Management practices and methodologies
• Knowledge of Calibration techniques and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in test engineering or quality assurance is preferred
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous
