Technical Team Lead – Web Development

At Kustard, we are building scalable digital products and high-performance web experiences. We are looking for a hands-on Technical Team Lead who can actively code, guide, and lead a development team.

Role Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor a team of frontend and backend developers

* Take ownership of technical architecture, code quality, and delivery timelines

* Be actively involved in development and problem-solving

* Collaborate closely with design, product, and marketing teams

Required Technical Expertise:

* Framer for building high-conversion websites and landing pages

* WordPress with strong experience in custom themes, plugins, and integrations

* React.js for scalable and modern frontend development

* PHP Laravel for backend development, APIs, and database architecture

What We Are Looking For:

* 4 - 6+ years of strong web development experience

* Prior experience leading or mentoring a development team

* Strong ownership mindset and ability to solve complex technical challenges

* Ability to balance speed, quality, and scalability

Compensation:

CTC up to 7 LPA, based on experience and skill fit
