Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Team Lead who will oversee the end-to-end technical execution of FlutterFlow and Flutter-based projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development team, ensuring smooth project planning, execution, and delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating with cross-functional teams, guiding developers, optimizing workflows, and ensuring all technical tasks align with project scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter , good knowledge of backend technologies , hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership with a positive and accountable mindset.

You will also act as a key communication bridge between clients and the internal teamtranslating requirements, setting expectations, reviewing progress, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Flutter and experience working with real-world production apps.
• Good understanding of backend technologies such as Firebase, Node.js, APIs, databases, etc.
• Ability to design scalable architectures, database structures, and integration flows.
• Experience working with FlutterFlow is a plus (not mandatory).

Leadership & Management Skills

• Proven team handling experience , including mentoring and guiding developers.
• Strong communication skills for internal team collaboration and client interaction.
• Ability to manage client expectations, explain technical concepts clearly, and handle escalations.
• Capable of taking complete ownership of tasks and delivering them with integrity and clarity.
• Skilled in technical planning, workload distribution, and deadline management.

Other Qualifications

• Experience working in app or web development projects (Flutter/FlutterFlow preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
