Profile - Technical / System Analyst

Mandatory - Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a premier institute (e.g., IIT or equivalent).

About the Role

As a Technical / System Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions that support large-scale operations. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring smooth integration of digital platforms, data systems, and operational technologies across the organization.

Working Model: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.
• Design, implement, and maintain IT systems supporting operations, ticketing, HR, and finance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate software tools, ERP systems, and data management platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors and technology partners for system deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with IT standards and regulations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and innovation projects.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 36 years of experience in system analysis, IT project management, or enterprise software implementation.
• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and database systems.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in sports, event management, or large-scale infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
