Job Description

Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Good Knowledge on Customer Support(Email Chat, Email Support, Calls)

Good Knowledge in Technical Support. Hands on experience with SQL.

Track and interact with Customers/Employees having wide range of product related Issues.

Good Command in English and Hindi Language

Basic retail knowledge and industry experience is plus.

Good communication skills, Should have good email etiquettes

Problem solving ability & Customer focus and task orientation

2-4 years similar experience is required.
