Job Description
Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
Experience: 15 Years
Walk-in Drive Location: Electra Prestige Tech Park , 9th Floor, Electra A Wing, Prestige Tech Park, Kodbisanhalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Shift Timings: US Shift 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM IST
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days office)
Hiring Type: Walk-in Drive
Walk-in Dates: 9th & 10th January
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer handling skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced support environment
- Quick learner for new web-based applications
- Strong documentation and attention to detail
- Knowledge of web browsers, internet applications, basic networks, and operating systems
- Well-organized, self-driven, and customer-focused
Experience & Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in customer service / technical support
- Any education + experience combination demonstrating job competency
- Preferred:
- Salesforce.com experience
- Educational software / EdTech exposure
- Basic networking and OS knowledge
